Contact us before returning an item

If you have a problem with an order, contact AllStyleUp before returning any item. Do not send a return until return instructions are provided. Use the store chat or the contact information in your order confirmation, and include your order number when available.

Return eligibility

Return or refund eligibility depends on the item condition, the reason for the request, and any item-specific restrictions. Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
